THIS ITEM IS CURRENTLY SOLD OUT.
One Quart of McCloskey Weathered Crackle Glaze, for a natural aged effect.
Where to use:
Clean Furniture, walls, cabinet and trim.
(For use with Latex paints only.)
Directions :(Full Directions are included on the quart.)
- Apply a sheened latex base coat. (Sheened= A Latex Eggshell, Satin, Semi-Gloss, Gloss, etc.. Must NOT be a flat.)
- Let the base coat dry.
- Apply a even coat of the crackle glaze. Let this dry to touch, about 15-30 mins. (It will be dry to touch, but not hard.)
- Apply a FLAT latex over the crackle glaze. When this dries it will give you the weathered crackled look.
(If you do not use a flat for the last coat you will end up with very small cracks. Flats tend to crackle better since they have no elasticity, thus "crack" better when drying on top of the crackle glaze.)
