Model 945 piston pump advantages: High productivity airless sprayer for spraying lacquer, stains, and latex coatings. Ideal for both property management and commercial use. Spray a wide variety of coatings from enamels to latex. Simple to operate and easy to maintain. Ideal when different crews will be using the same pump.
These pumps are normally MORE than $880.00 dealer cost! Therefore, the price is right!  Gleem's Input:
This unit is very similar to a EP2105, which sells for $825-$999. The main difference between these two units, is the guns, intake hoses and the motors. The 945 comes with a GX-08 gun; 2105 has a G-10.(GX-08 does not have the built in swivel, otherwise the same gun) The intake hose is slightly sturdier on the 2105 unit. As for the motor, the 945 has the bigger, better of the two. We have sold and serviced many EP2105's over the years, and have heard nothing but good feedback. We use the 2105 as a rental unit at our store. You can expect the 945 units to be as trouble free as the 2105 units. The only repair we have done to 2105's is to replace packings and have replaced a few "on-off" switches. We did these repairs for guy's that were full time painters. (the packings were after about 1000 gallons)
At this price, it is even affordable for a homeowner. We even went as far as to compare the packing kits and rods on this unit vs 2105. All the parts were all the same, except for one small part that has to do with the intake hose. (the 945 does have a bigger motor than the EP2105, this is the reason for the bigger output with the 945 vs the 2105)
We would recommend this pump for property managers, painters, and the home owner wanting a quality sprayer but not wanting to pay 900+ price range.
