High performance airless spray system for residential and light commercial applications. Powerful DC motor coupled with SprayTech’s Double Stroke Piston provides the performance required for a wide variety of applications. The 1920 features a rugged cart with super-sized tires for big-job mobility with telescoping handle for convenient transport and storage. The cart also has a 5-gallon pail bracket for easy moving of sprayer and paint.
Gleem's comments: The SprayTech 1920 (Apex 2) is the newest/updated version of the Wagner 9190. The 2008 Apex 2 series is a slight refreshing over the 2007 models. Smartly the Apex 2's use all the same mechanical parts as the 2007 models (this means they stayed with a proven/reliable mechanical design). Most noticeable difference (besides cosmetics) we see is that certain Apex2 models (like this 1920) added a Tool-box and Gun Swivel. The 1920's have a good pump design and excellent output. One of this 1920's strongest features is the quality GX08 gun which now features a Gun Swivel (Using an airless without an gun swivel, is like driving a car without power steering; possible but not fun). The 1920 is among the pumps that we would recommend for someone who has a bigger painting project, like painting an entire house (especially a new house) with a lot of sheet rock. These sized jobs are where your bigger pumps will stand out and show their strength.
