International Orders

GleemPaint.com's shopping cart is programmed to accept International Orders from over 40 counties. If you wish to place an order, simply use our shopping cart.
Tips to use our cart for international orders/shipments:
- Add the item/s you wish to order to your shopping cart
- Click the Check Out button
- Now enter your shipping address (Make sure to pick your Country!)
(If your country uses postal codes-- Please enter it with no spaces. If your country does NOT use postal codes-- enter 0 or NA)
- Select UPS WorldWide Expedited as your shipping option (Currently our only option for international shipments,
email us if you need other options.)
- Click Continue - The cart will now give you the shipping cost Before any payment information is required. You can easily use the back button (or cancel) if wish to modify your shopping cart or such.
If you wish to place an order for an
international shipment for resale purposes, large orders, order which require a Pro-Forma Invoice, items not listed on our webiste, or for a country not listed in our cart, you will need to contact us email us at
info@gleempaint.com
for a quote and payment details.
We do
not accept any international orders via phone ( from any country); all
international must either be placed on our website, faxed, or emailed. You are welcome to call for
product questions or such, but again no international orders will be taken via
phone.

fees included is very important, as the fee can run from $15.00 - $45.00 per
shipment for other services such as UPS Standard.

applicable duties or VAT taxes that may be due upon delivery, please see

exceptions can be made to this rule. If you do not supply your proper
billing address when placing the order, your order will most likely be
cancelled. If you are unsure of your proper billing address, pull your
latest credit card statement to verify. If we do have a problem
processing your payment, we will contact you via Email; either with a chance
to correct the problem or with a cancellation notice. So it
is very important to supply us with a current
email address.

dislike unsolicited emails as much as you do, so we pledge never to rent,
sell, share or lend our customer's private information, or email address.)

note that if your order is being sent outside the United States, you may be
subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches
your country.
UPS will
call you before attempting delivery with this amount due.( Note: This is
why it is important you supply us with a daytime phone number) We have
no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs
policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your
local customs office for further information or to get an estimate of these
charges. Additionally, when ordering from GleemPaint.com, you are
considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and
regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
UPS Worldwide Expedited
rates include routine customs clearance. This means you do not have to
specify a broker - routine customs clearance is built into your rates when
you use UPS to perform the customs clearance for Worldwide Expedited.
Once your
package reaches your country, you'll be contacted by the delivering carrier
in order to make payment arrangements for these charges, if any. Please
note that we are required by law to accurately list both the contents of the
package, and list the customs value of the package as the amount you paid
for the order.
If you
either refuse the shipment or refuse payment of any customs charges, we
reserve the right to either bill your credit card or deduct the return
shipping charges from any credit you may receive. In addition, you are
responsible for return shipping charges any item(s) not allowed to be
imported to your country.
