    Shipping Rates:
    To figure the shipping charge on an item on our webpage simply use the shopping cart.


    To use the shopping cart to figure shipping:
    • Click the ADD TO CART button - Doing so will place the item into your shopping cart.
      • Domestic Customers: Simply type your ZipCode and click "Apply"
      • You can also choose alternate shipping options and click "Apply"
    • International Customers: Pick your country, type your postal code and state/province, pick "UPS Worldwide Expedited" and click "Apply"

    How we Ship:
    UPS is our standard carrier for web orders. The UPS options will be displayed in the shopping cart. We also offer USPS Priority Mail, which is a good option for light (1-3 lbs) or non-continental USA States/Territories. Upon special request we can also arrange to send orders via FedEx.

    When will my order ship? :
  • In-stock orders ship SAME DAY if placed before 12 Noon CST M-F.
  • In-stock orders placed after 12 noon CST ship within 1 business day.
  • Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding any major holidays.
  • Out of stock orders (very rare) usually ship within 4-5 business days. If an item on your order is backordered we will email you with notification.
  • For those times you really need a order shipped "Yesterday" either call in or make a note of it in the comments section. We try our best to please our customers!

    Please note that UPS and FedEx can not deliver to PO Boxes. (Federal law prohibits this)



    Damaged Items
    Gleem takes extreme care in packaging our shipments to help eliminate all shipping damages. But in the rare case a package arrives damaged, save all packing materials and contact us immediately. We must be notified within 7 days of receipt. We are not responsible for items reported beyond this timeframe.

    Disclaimer : Gleem Paint Center is not responsible for delays in shipping due to circumstances beyond our control, including shipments outside UPS's primary delivery areas. Gleem Paint Center is not liable for any damage or loss incurred as a result of shipping and handling. National holidays may delay shipment. Shipping charges are not refundable, unless the merchandise is damaged in transit or we made a mistake on your order. To prevent credit card fraud all orders are traceable. We will prosecute any fraud. Suspicious orders will immediately be reported to the FBI and higher authorities.




    Transit Times for 3-day and Air Shipments

    Attention Next Day, 2nd DAY AIR and 3-DAY Select Customers:
  • UPS and FedEx does NOT count weekends in the shipping time!
  • Next Day Air packages will arrive the next business day after we ship.
  • 2nd Day Air packages will arrive on the second business day after we ship.
  • 3 Day Select packages will arrive on the 3rd business day after we ship.
    ( Example: A 2nd Day Air order shipped on Thursday will not arrive until Monday!)
  • (Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays).
  • UPS Ground Delivers Monday - Friday, and is approximately 3-8 Business Days in transit. We also have a transit map listed at bottom of this page.
  • Speed of delivery after that depends on the shipping method you choose. - Thank you!
    ** Air rates regrettably, are quite costly, and calculated rate by weight, dimensions, and destination. We ship from Gulfport, MS 39501.

    International Orders

    We do not accept any international orders via phone; all international must either be placed online, faxed or emailed. You are welcome to call for product questions or such, but again no international orders will be taken via phone. Click this link for our complete list of international polices.




    Payment Options

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Government impact credit cards, money orders, and cashier's checks.
    For credit card payments please be sure to provide your exact billing address -- the address your credit card company has on file for you. You can look at your credit card statement if you are unsure.

    If shipping to an alternate address, due to credit card polices you will need to call your credit card company and have them register the shipping address as an alternative address! This is easy to do. The 1-800 number will be on the back of your card. To prevent credit card fraud, this is a Must, for yours and our protection. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order!

    Return Policy

    All items carry a 30 day return policy. (30 days from the date the item was shipped) The item must be in unused, untested, and in original packaging.

    Please notify us by Email.. of your desire to return an item. We will reply via email with instructions and a return authorization number. The returned item must be in the original box with all paperwork, with RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box. The item must be unused, untested, and in original packaging. We will issue refunds for the product only. The customer will incur the expense of all shipping charges, even if the order was sent via "Free Shipping" method. No refunds will be given for products that can not be sold as new.

    We do not charge a restocking fee on normal stock items returned unused, untested, and in original packaging. We may, at our discretion, charge a restocking fee of up to 15% on any items returned out of original packaging and/or not immediately ready for resale. We also charge a restocking fee on any items/parts ordered via our Special Order Parts Page. These special order items/parts will carry a 15%-25% restocking fee depending on the item.

    Within 5-7 business days of receiving the return, credit will be issued to the credit card you originally placed the order with.
    Returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number will be refused.
    RMA#s are good for 15 days only. The item must be received by us within 15 days of the issuance of the RMA.

    We recommend all returns be shipped with proper insurance and some sort of delivery confirmation.
