From SprayTech This two-stage unit produces 5 PSI and SUPPORTS a maximum hose length of 30 feet. It is designed for contractors who primarily apply lighter coatings such as stains, lacquers, and enamels.
Gleem's notes:
We have sprayed finish grade latex paints with this unit, but you do have to thin your latex paints about 15-20% for a nice spray job. Cabinets shops love this CS5100, does a great job on lacquers and stain. ( Cabinet shops also like the CS8100 also, especially if they do more latex paints. )
FAQ Note:
Question: Do you ever get Capspray units in reconditioned? Answer: We do try to, but they only have about 3 to 5 a year. (3-5 total units, not 3-5 of each model) If we ever do we list it up on our web page. Problem is nothing ever goes wrong with these units.
