This assembly is only for the Wagner 404+ model.
The Assembly includes the following parts :
- 0288779 Paint pump head
- 0270189 Valve, Inlet assembly
- 0089482 Nylon Seal, Washer
- 0512250 Prime Spray Valve Assembly
- 0288379 Outlet Fitting
- 9970103 Copper Washer (Outlet)
- 0089564 Outlet Cap
- 0093635 Outlet ball
- 0090348 Outlet Seat
- 0047485 Outlet Spring
Parts NOT included and needed off the old head are as follows :
A: The 4x head bolts and locking washers that attach the head to the pump.
B: The small return hose/tube fitting. (For suction set models, the part# is 0293355) (Hopper feed models use a different plastic fitting)
C: The black insert ring that fits under the head, above the diaphragm. (Part# 0047424)
Optional/Additional Items you might need:
When replacing this assembly, we would highly recommend replacing the diaphragm at the same time:
0278240 Diaphragm (Green)
And if any milky substance is noticed in the hydraulic fluid it should be replaced :
