Cup Seal, Black, Thiakol
For One quart cups.
Material Compatibly Note: Though Thiakol is more solvent resistant than standard rubber seals, it is not solvent resistant enough to handle hot solvents. These black seals should only be used for waterborne paints and maybe alkyd (oil) based. If you plan to spray any hot solvency materials (lacquers, xylene thinned, epoxies, etc.) you need to use the White - Solvent resistant cup seals.
F.A.Q.: Why even offer this seal if the white ones are better?
A:Some users like how the black ones seal the cup with less force since they are "softer" material. However, most users do prefer the the white seals since they tend to last longer and are compatible with all materials.
